Hey everybody, it's Friday, and that means it's time for a review of the Cool Stuff We Bought This Week! I'm incredibly excited to share this week's haul, as it probably ranks as one of the coolest ones I've had since joining the buylist department.

The week started off with what many would call the marquee piece from Antiquities, Mishra's Workshop. This card functions as a centerpiece to one of the most powerful decks in Vintage Constructed, thanks to the ability to dump your hand on turn one consistently with Moxes, Sol Ring, Black Lotus, and bunch of deadly Artifact Creatures like Arcbound Ravager!

Next up we have a lovely Foreign Black Border Wheel of Fortune! This one reads Glücksrad, as it is from the German printing of Revised. All the FBB variants are pretty nice finds, and we're lucky to have quite a few of these in stock currently. (A small aside, I learned while Googling the name of this card that there is a German edition of the gameshow Wheel of Fortune. Who knew?)

So, if you follow any of my posts on Instagram, or talk to me for Magic for about 60 seconds, you'll know that I'm an Izzet mage at heart. As such, Volcanic Island is my favorite Dual Land, and getting to see 20 made me a little flustered. I don't think I've ever seen so many at once! I decided to get a little cute with them. I request that you please judge me silently. Thank you for your consideration.

I don't think you could open 20 Volcanics out of this next one, but there might be a couple! Here we have a sealed box of Revised! There aren't too many of these floating around in the world, but someone decided they wanted to part with theirs for a hefty sum of Singles Trade Credit this week. This might be one of the rarest things I've seen so far, and I don't think I may ever see one again.

Finally, we come to the pièce de résistance, a full set of UNLIMITED POWER!

Five Moxes, Time Twister, Time Walk, Ancestral Recall, and Black Lotus. I haven't yet had the chance to see a whole set in one space lined up this way, but this week gave me that opportunity. I've had the pleasure of seeing maybe one or two at a time, up to and including an Alpha Lotus. Seeing it collected here was just too sweet, and I would consider it a defining moment of my time here at ABU Games. The conditions on these vary, but perhaps most notable is the Lotus at Slightly Played. It wouldn't surprise me to see it ordered and out the door by the time the article goes live. Truly amazing.
Honestly, I have no idea how I'm going to top this, so I apologize in advance if the roundup next week seems lackluster. At any rate, I invite you to join me next week to see what new and exciting stuff comes in! You can follow me on Twitter @chroberry or Instagram @chroberry to see some extra goodies from the week, as well as previews for next week's article. Peace!
